5. Pricing, Payment Gateways & Hosting
Our pricing plans are subject to the following conditions to ensure transparency:
- Payment Gateways (Paymob / Fawry): The client (merchant) incurs the payment gateway fees separately. These fees average 2.75% commission on each successful transaction + 3 EGP fixed fee per transaction, in addition to a one-time gateway setup fee (approx. 999 EGP). Important Note: These percentages and prices belong to the payment gateways, are subject to change entirely by the service provider's policies, and we (Accelera) are not responsible for any changes to them.
- Cloud Hosting: The displayed pricing includes basic cloud hosting costs that cover the standard needs of a store. In the event of requesting massive and exceptional storage spaces for images and files, additional fees will apply depending on the extra consumed volume.
6. No warranties
This Website is provided "as is," with all faults, and Accelera express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website.
7. Limitation of liability
In no event shall Accelera, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. Accelera, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
8. Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Accelera from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
